The shipment of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-5 business days of receipt of payment and are shipped via COURIER with tracking, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
If you prefer delivery via a courier of your choice, please contact us first, an additional fee may apply. It is not possible to change the delivery method. You can select the delivery method only at the time of the conclusion of the order and not later.
Shipping costs, if applicable, include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. The handling costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment.
We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be applied to each of them, when due. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
The boxes are amply sized and your items are well protected.
The return of your package
Abbigliare is particularly attentive to the needs and expectations of its customers.
We hope that the purchases made on Abbigliare.it have satisfied you, but if you have second thoughts about the purchase made, you can still decide to return the item to us, without giving any reasons, within 14 calendar days from its delivery (or from delivery of the last article, in the case of separate deliveries), exercising the right of withdrawal.
We will refund the price of the item for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, excluding shipping costs, if foreseen at the time of purchase, withholding the refund until receipt of the item and for greater security, we suggest you send it with proof of receipt. The costs for returning the product are at your expense. We inform you that we cannot accept returns made by hand delivery. When you preparing the package for return, remove all previous labels. If the return label is not present in the package you received or you have accidentally thrown it away, don't worry. Contact us and we will send you a new one. Also remember to keep the invoice that you find inside the package.
Please pack the product properly, returning it in the same condition in which you received it from Abbigliare.it, intact, unused, or damaged. Be careful not to tear the tags and labels and not to dirty the goods. We advise you to try the shoes on a soft and clean ground so as not to damage them (a carpet, for example), and to return them in their original box; if you want assistance, you can contact us by sending us an email through our customer service. Remember to always take a photo of the label you attach on your return or write down the tracking code and keep it until the refund has been made.
If the returned items show damage or signs of wear resulting from unnecessary manipulation, we can withhold the refund amount and after informing you, if you request it, send you the returned items, at your expense, which we will keep at your disposal for a maximum period of 30 days, before disposal. Abbigliare.it will not be responsible for items you mistakenly left in the product or inside the packaging containing the returned product. You agree and accept that the returned product becomes the property of Abbigliare.it both after the refund, and if it is not among the returnable items, after 30 days from the date of receipt of the return. Make sure you include the correct and complete item when making a return, as items that are incomplete, incorrect or sent by mistake will be disposed of and not refunded.
If you wish to change the size of the item you have purchased, you can replace it only once: if available, you can do so by communicating to customer service to suspend the sale of that item until the return has been made, returning the item object of the exchange (to your expenses) within 14 calendar days from its delivery (or from the delivery of the last item, in the case of separate deliveries), intact, unused, or damaged. Paying attention not to tear the tags and labels and not to dirty the goods; while if not available, you may be offered to replace it with another item of the same amount (always communicating it to customer service and under the same conditions established above), or otherwise, you can exercise the right of withdrawal (described above).
In the event that an item received is defective, you can proceed with a complaint by sending an email to our customer service, explaining in detail the defects found (attaching any photos), and we will reply as soon as possible.
